Mt. Maude House

This impressive hilltop house overlooking Lake Hawea was clad completely in schist from the Lindis Pass. This particular schist quarry is rich in naturals and a glorious mix of traditional schist colours.

Cedar timber features and schist paving and landscaping walls complete the natural and solid appearance and feel.
